Hello, my name is Lacey Kimberlin.
I am the Loan Processor for Smith Broady & Associates and am currently working on obtaining my license to become a licensed loan originator/officer. Since entering the mortgage business with Smith Broady & Associates in 2010, I have gained experience and knowledge in many loan programs: USDA, VA, FHA, Conventional, 203k, Manufactured, and new construction loans. I am also learning skills on how to repair credit which our company provides free of charge to our clients.
During your home loan process you will be working with and speaking to me as well as your loan officer periodically. Once our underwriter has reviewed your file I will contact you to acquire additional items that the underwriter requires in order to clear your file for closing. These items may include such items as your verification of employment, appraisal, title, homeowners insurance, etc.
I am more than happy to provide assistance in obtaining these items or answer your questions you may have. My main priority is to ensure your loan process leaves you as stress free as possible and for you come to closing with a smile on your face.
