Hello, my name is Tim Handley. I am a Mortgage Loan Originator for Smith Broady & Associates Inc. I am originally from the Louisville area and graduated from Jeffersonville High School. I have also lived-in beautiful Gainesville Florida. Currently, I live in Charlestown Indiana which I absolutely adore. Ironically, I am licensed in Kentucky, Florida, and Indiana. Prior to my career in the Mortgage industry, I was involved in the world of marching arts, where I am a proud alumnus of the DCI World champion Star of Indiana. I have been an Assistant Director, Visual Coordinator, Drill Writer and Adjudicator for groups and associations across the country. Those experiences have given me a unique, world class foundation in creating incredible bonds and the ability to problem solve, which I use daily as a Loan Officer. I have also worked close to 30 years for Ford Motor company. In that time, those bonds with my co-workers have enhanced my understanding of what it truly means to work together to build something special. As a Loan officer, working together with my clients to achieve their goals of refinancing, getting into their first or dream home is a feeling that I truly cherish!
